Kaitlin Leibowitz

Kaitlin is our team’s Client Care Specialist. Her favorite aspect of being part of Emerald Financial Group’s team is interacting with and getting to know our clients individually. She loves getting to know our clients, hearing their stories, and learning more about their goals. She is in charge of most of our correspondence and handles the scheduling for the firm. She is also tasked with enhancing our brand name and recognition throughout social media outlets.

A graduate from Mount Holyoke College, Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in History & French. After graduating from Mount Holyoke, she earned certificates in both Fundraising and Development, and Marketing for Nonprofit Organizations from the Institute on Philanthropy at the University of Richmond.

In addition to being part of our team, Kaitlin volunteers at two local non-profits in Charlotte: Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center’s “Friday Night Street Ministry” team and Elevation Ballantyne’s “Host Team.” If you see Kaitlin walking around Charlotte, you’ll probably see her taking photos of the surroundings – either with her iPhone or Canon camera. She enjoys honing her skills in photography and capturing Kodak moments on film.
