Ella’s Relationship Manager role is a natural extension of her orientation toward wanting to make others’ lives easier.

During her college years, she worked in several customer service and caregiving roles, including an internship with a wealth management firm. When she graduated from North Carolina State University in 2026, she joined the Emerald Financial Group team in her full-time position.

On a day-to-day basis, Ella supports clients with:

Utilizing Schwab, Orion, and related systems
Opening and reviewing accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Processing ACATs, ACHs, and service requests
Resolving questions and issues raised by clients

Ella earned a bachelor’s in Agricultural Business Management.

Ella grew up in North Carolina’s Lake Norman area, which she says gave her a deep appreciation for community. While the area will always feel like home, she has fallen in love with living in Charlotte’s South End, were she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops and walking the Rail Trail. She’s also a proud dog mom to Hawk, who she adopted from a local shelter in 2020.
