Kaitlin Leibowitz Client Care Specialist

Kaitlin is at the forefront of ensuring each Emerald Financial Group client receives the time, attention, and respect demanded by our belief that each client is a precious gem, with unique facets that require individualized planning specific to their financial situation. She loves getting to know our clients, hearing their stories, and learning more about their goals. She oversees most of the firm’s correspondence and handles the scheduling.

She is also tasked with enhancing our brand name and recognition throughout social media outlets, primarily Facebook and LinkedIn.

Kaitlin joined the Emerald Financial Group team in 2019, bringing a diverse skillset cultivated from time in nonprofit and administrative roles.

She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and French. Later she earned certificates in fundraising and development, as well as marketing for nonprofit organizations, from the Institute on Philanthropy at the University of Richmond.

In addition to being part of our team, Kaitlin volunteers with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center’s “Friday Night Street Ministry” team. She also enjoys honing her skills in photography by capturing moments and surroundings in both the digital and film formats.
